I've just moved to a home office from a real-office and one challenge I face is 3-way calling. I don't have to do this often, but about once / month or so I need to have a 3 way call. Normally I use WebEx with VOIP. I have a Skype account with a phone # (for calls in) and I can dial 1 third-party by #, but I can't find any way to call 2 other people by #.

The closest (and only) videos on youtube are all about using contacts. These people are not my contacts and I'm not interested in creating some 'fake' contacts and constantly changing their # to do this (if that even works). Is there a way to simply dial-up one person via Skype and then dial-up another?

I can't find it. I work with hundreds of suppliers. I certainly do not go putting people I may have to three way call once (if ever) in my contacts. In the end, it doesn't matter. The question isn't whether I should be keeping contact information for hundreds of suppliers (possibly including one time phone numbers to call). The question is how to do three-way calling without contacts because I'm not going to do so unless forced because the Skype project is lacking in capabilities. I'm also not going to replicate the nearly one thousand business contacts I keep and manage in Outlook into Skype.

If force, what I'll have to do is create 2 otherwise useless contacts name Temp1 and Temp2 or something and copy the phone numbers I need to use into those in order to get around this product gap.
